The double room is newly renovated with a microwave, even heated floors, as for instance. The service is very good, includes good parking. Pool area is very clean, liked this place.

It was just a proper fit for getting around area in Billings with good value considering price it charged. The breakfast at Stella's was really good, especially with the bakery treats. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to avoid long wait times.

Fabulous and wonderful hotel, accommodating staff, thoroughly enjoyed fantastic location right by the restaurant next door, the bars & a nightlife and the BW Clock Tower Inn in Billings, MT. Breakfast at the Bakery. Had a really amazing stay overall, the room I stayed in was spotless with even heated floors, a microwave. The service was friendly with parking in the garage. The pool was nice, and there was also free shuttle to-and-from the airport.

The kids loved the separate room with a TV, and the heated bathroom floors were such a treat. Plus, the generous breakfast options at the diner next door stood out during our trip.
In my children's opinion, a pool for them to enjoy would be great.

The room was very well equipped and clean.
To get breakfast you either have to get up very early, or queue up for a seat. The restaurant is much too small. We left without breakfast.

The room was surprisingly cozy with great lighting. Bed was super comfy, and I loved the heated bathroom floors-definitely a nice touch! Only downside was the noisy road outside, but it didn't keep me awake. It had everything I needed for a comfy stay.

The poor rating was for only one reason. With all the parking available, you provided only "1" disabled space. The same vehicle was parked in the 1 and only disabled space the entire 3 days we were there. My husband has difficulty walking any distance, and every evening your lot was 90 percent full and w had to park quite a distance from the elevator door. You should check with the ada and find out how many disabled parking spaces you should be providing your guests.
